Mathieu, Douglas Edward, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of brandishing firearm.

Rosenberg, Tori Nicole, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.  

Abney, Tyrone, 32, of King George was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.  

Johnson, Jerry Matthew, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of drinking while operating motor vehicle.
