Shackelford, John Michael, 51, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/fail to abide by conditions of release.  

Wingate, Arcorey Atavius Lee, 36, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member 3rd offense.

Mitchell, Kashunda Terrell, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of grand larceny.  

Reynolds, Joyce Ann, 46, of Caroline was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, conceal, price alter merch <$200.  

Brown, David Andrew, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Toler, Lawrence Dale II, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.

Rosales De La Torre, Benito Isreal, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of malicious wounding/ felonious assault.  

Thomas, Ralph Deron Jamel, 51, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of abduction & kidnapping.  

Brown, Brittany Mona, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.
