Slattery, Sean Michael, 41, of Alexandria was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Royal, Ernest Lloyd Jr, 39, of Hanover was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, conceal, price alter merch <$200.  

Broyhill, Steven Allen, 43, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of defrauding hotels, motels <$1000.  

Ruiz, Katherine Ann, 73, of Herndon was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Bailey, Pierce Montgomery, 20, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of probation violation.  

Caton, Terrence Shamel, 27, of Front Royal was arrested on a charge of grand larceny.  

Dominguez, Michael Josue, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of running at large (leash law).
