Akhtar, Sadaf, 37, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, concealing, price alter merch <$200.  

Reigelsperger, Christopher George J, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of strangulation: results in wounding/bodily injury.
