Farrington, Warren Lee, 43, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.

Hernandez-lotsey, Natalia Elizabeth, 20, of Woodford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, conceal, price alter merch <$200.  

Graves, Duane, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Misuraca, Sofia Lynn, 25, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.
