Frye, Bryan Oneil, 57, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/fail to abide by conditions of release.  

Kirkland, Sandra Kay, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Thornton, Amber Marlene, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, conceal, price alter merch <$200.

Figgatt, Cheryl Ann, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Farrington, Warren Lee, 43, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.

Hernandez-lotsey, Natalia Elizabeth, 20, of Woodford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, conceal, price alter merch <$200.  

Graves, Duane, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Misuraca, Sofia Lynn, 25, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Herndon, Jeremy Wayne, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
