Lovos, Frank Hermain, 23, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of malicious wounding/ felonious assault.  

Parker, Gerard Anthony, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Williams, Nicholas Donald Alan, 22, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of embezzlement <$1000.
