Martin, Judy Marie, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Washington, Troy Darnell, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Clark, Eric Eugene, 30, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.

Reyes, Kimberly Guadalupe, 18, of Richmond was arrested on three charges of forging, uttering.  

Richards, Rodney Dwayne Jr, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of strangulation: results in wounding/bodily injury.
