Sullivan, Matthew Phillip, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Jones, Derrick Wayne, 67, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.

Masello, Thomas Michael, 26, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of probation violation.
