Heiston, Aiden Christian, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of rape.

Tuck, Trevonte Perez, 21, of Lynchburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Thrift, Laurel Ainsleigh, 27, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Bauguess, James Drew, 24, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Rivera-castaneda, Gerardo, 43, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
