Smith, Kimberly Ann, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Grant, Britney Marie, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Brooks, Ashton Lee, 35, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -a family member.

Hernandez De La Torre, Juan Armando 24, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of abduction & kidnapping.  

Atkins, Alexis Mone, 22, of Chesterfield was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Wilson, Malek Dwayne, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of forging, uttering.  

Falk, Carl Andrew, 39, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.

Turner, Rashad, 27, of Lynchburg was arrested on a charge of violation of probation; domestic assault.  

Hickey, Erica Rene, 32, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Smith, Christopher Alexander, 33, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
