Arrests

Campbell, Justin Dushae, 30, of Hampton was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Lopez-otero, Abdiel, 39, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of brandishing a firearm.  

Biddulph, Thomas Joseph, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Littlejohn, Trae Lavaugh, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Washington, Shynisha Ann, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.

Rice, Allison Dawn, 36, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Cox, Shannon Kathryn, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

White, Kashawn James, 30, of Tappahannock was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Smith, Joseph Alphonso, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Smith, Jeremiah David, 28, of Williamsburg was arrested on a charge of violation of probation.
