Arrests

Smith, Joseph Alphonso, 51, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Smith, Jeremiah David, 28, of Williamsburg was arrested on a charge of violation of probation.  

Acosta, Kevin Esai, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.

Lanza Torres, Gerson Ariel, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.

Schuder, Richard Daniel IV, 35, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, the second offense within five years.

Davenport, Joseph O`dell Jr., 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.  

Atkins, Jason Wade, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.

Young, Gordon Wayne, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of credit card theft.

Gomez-solano, Gerson Ivan, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.  

Clark, Journey Victoria, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence,drugs, first offense.
