Evans, Lawton Clay Jr, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.  

Portka, Jacob Colby, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.

Anderson, Randy Dewahn, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of obstructing justice.

Stewart, Gloria Latrina, 63, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.  

Howard, Christopher Anthony, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing.  

Medina Cervellon, Jose Edenicso, 32, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.

Jalloh, Mohamed Bobby, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Nageotte, Bryan Keith, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Bowen, Shaina Alexandra, 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of computer fraud.
