Ellis, Rodney Delondre Tykell, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.      

Herndon, Christopher George, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.  

Johnson, Luther Gordon Jr, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

De Abreu, Philippe, 73, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Van Gils, Spencer Todd, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of noise violation from household items/vehicle (50 ft).  

Delong, Parker Scott, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of noise violation from household items/vehicle (50 ft).

Smith, Sean Matthew, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing.  

Brassell, Anthony David Jr, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.  

Stoutenburgh, Bryan Russell, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of obstructing justice.  

Willingham, Christina M, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.
