Duran, Nicholas James, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of malicious wounding/ felonious assault.  

Birto, Juan Carlos, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.

Means, Bernard Klaus, 59, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of warrant/summons service – outside agency.  

Wharton, Walter E, 67, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.

Auston, Kenneth Wayne, 47, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Mills, Thomasine, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Rutowski, Christopher Ryan, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of stalking.  

Schmoyer, Timothy Mark, 36, of Page County was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Mcclain, Gwendolyn Marie, 64, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.
