Jackson, Darrell Donnell, 38, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Quiroga, Timothy James, 54, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.

Tripp, Chyna Alexus, 25, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Woolcott, Christopher Michael, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of rape.  

Jackson, Rydell Delano, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of violation of protective orders.  

Bridge, Jason Lee, 45, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Rice, Allison Dawn, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule iii controlled substance.  

Mathis, Dangelo Paul, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Tonkins, Cedric Rodriguez, 60, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of breaking & entering with intent to commit a felony.
