Ramsey, Karrie Inez Donna, 46, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Hansen, Jamie Lee, 40, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Cox, Leonard Steven Jr, 35, of Washington was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.

Heflin, Jerald F, 45, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
