Arrests

Manning, Jessica Nichole, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested on two charges of failure to comply with court order.  

Nicholson, Tremaine, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Ainesley, Shannon Renae, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure.  

Paykar, Mohammad Mustafa, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.  

Meinhardt, Thomas Alvin, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing.  

Fleming, April Lynn , 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of forging, uttering.  

Avalos Guerra, Alexa Ace, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Humphrey, Georgesia, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Cecil Joseph Hepner IV 39, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Carrillo, Alexis Robert, 34, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.
