Hampton, Kawan Rashad, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.  

Sayers, Justin Michael Leroy, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.  

Cole, Micheal Christopher, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Wang, Huan, 35, of King George was arrested on a charge of entering property with intent to damage.  

Lyles, Quench Annette, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of violation of protective order.  

Garcia, Ryan Mikal, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Kern, William Monroe, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of carrying concealed weapon – first offense and petit larceny.  

Alva, Joy Lynn, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.  

Smith, Kerry Grant, 64, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.
