Young, George Crawford III, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Diaz Domingo, Danny Saul, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, first offense.  

Grant, Jaquarn Maleek, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Mathis, Dangelo Paul, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of trespassing.  

Hale, Melissa Ann, 35, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of obtaining money by false pretenses.  

Starkes, Tyonna Brielle, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.  

Gravatt, Harry Kenton, 33, of Hanover was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.  

Jackson, John Melvin, 55, of Culpepper was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Rollins, Michael Darin, 28, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule i,ii controlled substance.
