Jackson, Patrick Thomas, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of illegal camping on city property.  

Washington, Charles Dalton Jr, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with support obligation.  

Cannon, Doice Dayshone, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Silvey, Mary Cabell, 64, of Fredericksburg was arrested on two charges of trespassing.  

Silver, Iyanna Nekohl, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.  

Morris, Brittany Nicole, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.  

Pearson, Antionette Lavette, 35, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.  

White, Deangelo Deante, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.  

Phillips, Avery Toussaint, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing.  

Birto, Juan Carlos, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.
