Jones, Cynthia Louise, 64, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/failure to abide by conditions of release.  

Foster, Brandon Troy Jr, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Platt, Dylan Christian, 19, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Carter, Kristopher Donald, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on two charges of shoplifting.  

Trevino, Paul Edward, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen vehicle.  

Kandeel, Aly Ayman, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intoxication in public.

Newman, Rebecca Jean, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.

Mcbee, Brittany Ann, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault & battery -family member.  

Foor, Rachel Elaine, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.
