Dias, Christian Elijah, 23, of Fairfax was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Jones, Cynthia Louise, 64, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/failure to abide by conditions of release.  

Foster, Brandon Troy Jr, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
