Arrested: David Angelo King III David Angelo King III, 29, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for first-time DUI and refusal to submit to breath or blood

Arrested: Cody Thomas Clayton Cody Thomas Clayton, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of first-time driving under the influence and refusal of breath/blood test.

Arrested: Brandon Tyler Barber Brandon Tyler Barber, 26, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of obstructing justice and strangulation resulting in injury.
