Arrests

Rosero, Valerie Noemi, 18, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.  

Maeba, Faith Baridakara, 18, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Haynes, Shelia Monique Rashal, 34, of Westmoreland was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Hernandez, Kevin Mauricio, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Dryden, Robert Blake, 21, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.  

Harris, Michael Jeffrey, 40, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with court order.
