Christopher Ayres Potterfield, 34, of Loudoun, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting involving merchandise valued at $200 or more.

Charge: Warrant/summons service – outside agency Chifauwn Marcquell Jones, 34, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on an outside agency’s warrant.

Charge: Illegal use of gases Henry Thomas Howard, 21, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for unlawful use of gases.  

Charge: Public intoxicationJayden Ryan Buckles, 21, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for being intoxicated in public.

Charge: Driving under the influence, first offenseErnest Austin Smith, 50, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for a DUI offense.

Charge: Public intoxicationEmmanuel Niyitegeka Samvura, 34, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for being intoxicated in public.

Charge: Obstructing justice – misdemeanorDonald Jr. Nichelson, 42, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for misdemeanor obstruction of justice.

Charge: Shoplifting, conceal, price alteration under $200John Paul Scruggs, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for retail theft involving concealed merchandise and altered pricing.

Charge: Eluding police – felonyJonathan Tijan Bai, 33, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody after allegedly fleeing from police in a manner that endangered others.
