Arrests

Courtney Eugene Allen, 43, of Stafford, was taken into custody for recognizance revoked/failure to abide by conditions of release.  

Kevin Alexis Hernandez, 18, of Prince William, was arrested for shoplifting and concealing merchandise valued under $200.  

Jessica Emily Ayala, 23, of Hanover, was charged with failure to comply with a court order.  

Easton Raso Lowe, 25, of Stafford, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.  

Michael Anthony Hamilton, 33, of Stafford, was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with a court order.  

Shane Lee Irvine, 50, of Richmond, was taken into custody for failure to comply with a court order.  

Duke Tyhiem Kimble, 23, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for shoplifting merchandise valued under $200.

Stephanie Nicole Minter, 40, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for public intoxication.  

Michelle Delois Benton, 41, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for shoplifting merchandise valued under $200.  

D’Quan Treyvon Gilyard, 21, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for assault and battery.
