Arrests

Chaz Antonio Staples, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested for failure to comply with a court order.  

Jefferson Alexander Reyes Delcid, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.  

Maria Amelita Seaton, 62, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge related to a warrant or summons from an outside agency.

Cortland Reed Lecroy, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge related to a warrant or summons from an outside agency.

Cesar Leonardo Castro Velasquez, 34, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for shoplifting and altering merchandise priced under $200.  

Aaron Nathan Heid, 48, of Fredericksburg, was arrested twice—once for obstructing justice (a misdemeanor) and again for abduction and kidnapping.
