Arrested: Cody Thomas Clayton Cody Thomas Clayton, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of first-time driving under the influence and refusal of breath/blood test.

Arrested: Brandon Tyler Barber Brandon Tyler Barber, 26, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on charges of obstructing justice and strangulation resulting in injury.

Arrested: Brandon Michael Payne Brandon Michael Payne, 41, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a charge of grand larceny.

Arrested: Mark Travis Carter Mark Travis Carter, 39, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody on a warrant from an outside agency.
