
Fredericksburg police are looking for a suspect after a shooting late Monday night left a teenager hurt.
It happened around 10:14 p.m. on June 23 in the 1100 block of Central Park Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found one juvenile with a gunshot wound. The teen was rushed to a nearby hospital and is now in stable condition. Their family has been notified.
Witnesses say they saw two young Black males at the scene. Police later identified one of them as 20-year-old Camron Robinson of King George. The second suspect is a juvenile. Robinson is now wanted on several serious charges: aggravated malicious wounding, firing a gun in a public place, and using a firearm while committing a felony.
