An unsettling incident unfolded on Lansberry Park Drive when a resident returning home encountered a neighbor standing in the roadway. The situation escalated quickly as the neighbor attempted to enter the resident’s vehicle. A family member intervened but was assaulted by the neighbor. Deputy S.A. Fulford responded and arrested the suspect, who now faces charges including assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and walking in the roadway. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
