Crash on Kings Highway Leads to DUI and Identity Charges

A rear-end collision at a stop sign led to multiple criminal charges against a Fredericksburg driver. Deputies investigating the crash determined that the driver initially provided false identification and was operating with a DUI-revoked license. Following sobriety testing, 51-year-old Torshan Williams was charged with driving under the influence, false identification to law enforcement, identity theft, and driving with a revoked license. Williams was held on a secured bond.
