A resident on Baldwin Drive in Stafford VA fell victim to identity fraud after discovering a credit card had been fraudulently opened in their name. Deputy R. A. Kehoe responded to the call and initiated an investigation. The victim was unaware of the account and had not authorized the card’s creation.
