A report of a suspicious person allegedly harassing customers at a Wawa on Richmond Highway resulted in an arrest.
A Stafford County Sheriff’s deputy contacted the suspect and observed alleged signs of impairment, including glassy eyes, unsteady balance, slurred speech and an odor of alcohol.
Raymond Lockhart, 55, of Ruther Glen, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was held until sober.
