After receiving a complaint about erratic driving, Deputy J. W. Courtney stopped a blue Hyundai Sonata. The driver, Osei Kwado, 50, of Woodbridge, VA, was arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol content between .15 and .20. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
