Deputies responded to a disturbance and encountered an individual displaying signs of intoxication and aggressive behavior. After being taken into custody, the suspect became argumentative, attempted to flee, and resisted law enforcement.
The situation escalated further during transport and booking, where the suspect made threats toward deputies. Kusan McCain, 37, of Stafford, was charged with public intoxication and obstruction of justice and held without bond.
