Deputies arrested a Stafford man after responding to a disturbance at Jay’s Sports Lounge.
Witnesses reported the man had been attempting to fight other patrons before walking toward a nearby motel. Deputies located him displaying signs of intoxication, including an unsteady balance and a strong odor of alcohol.
Javon Cyrus, 31, of Stafford, was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
