During an unrelated bond hearing early Thursday morning, an inmate at Rappahannock Regional Jail created a major disruption. Deputy J.J. Holetzky was present when the inmate’s loud outbursts prevented the magistrate from properly conducting the hearing. As a result of the disturbance, the inmate was charged with obstruction of justice.
