Deputy B.E. Vaughn would respond to part two of a Holly hiccup. The female reported in yesterday’s Daily Incident Report was back and using abusive language towards the victim. When Deputy Vaughn arrived, she would make claims that she was assaulted. When she was informed that the disturbance was recorded and he knew her claims were false, she would begin using her abusive language towards Deputy Vaughn. Warrants for violating a protective order, using abusive language, and making a false police report were obtained. She was taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail, again, and this time was held without bond.
