Deputy C.D. Sullivan and Deputy A.J. Layug responded to a found child report. The caller advised they located a boy wearing nothing but a diaper wandering in the road. While responding, deputies received another found child report in the subdivision claiming the same, a boy wearing only a diaper was located. Due to the cold temperatures, each of the caring neighbors brought the child they found into their home until deputies arrived. Contact was made with the male who was supposed to be watching the children and he was issued two summonses for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Both children were turned over to a family member and Child Protective Services was notified.
