Deputy B.E. Vaughn responded to a disturbance. There was a large group of people involved in a verbal argument. It was discovered a resident yelled at a driver to slow down. In response, the driver got out of his vehicle, started a verbal argument, attempted to instigate a fight, and used abusive language towards another resident. The driver was not only lectured on his driving behavior, but charged with disorderly conduct and using abusive language. He was released by the magistrate on personal recognizance.
