A Manassas woman was arrested on multiple charges after deputies responded to reports of an impaired driver who had struck a fence.
Deputy Daigle located the driver, who showed signs of impairment including the odor of alcohol and glassy eyes. The driver admitted she did not have insurance, failed field sobriety testing, and refused to provide a breath sample. She again refused testing at the Sheriff’s Office.
Eleni Pakhchanian, 29, of Manassas, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to testing, and driving without insurance.
