Deputy T.W. Jenkins arrested a 32-year-old male driver found asleep at the wheel of a white Ford Ranger blocking a traffic lane. The driver showed signs of intoxication and was charged with DUI and stopping on the roadway. He is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,000 bond.
