Deputy I.E. Baldi responded to a crash where a Honda left the roadway and ended up in nearby brush. The driver, showing signs of intoxication, claimed he was being followed and knew information “above your paygrade.” He was charged with DUI and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
