Deputies responding to a crash investigation near Chick-fil-A found a driver asleep behind the wheel with loud music playing. After waking the driver, officers observed signs of impairment including slurred speech, glassy eyes, and the odor of alcohol. The driver, identified as 22-year-old Tahj Smith of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
