Deputies S.A. Fulford and D.S. Jett responded to a call where the driver reported that “things got weird” and that he was being followed. When deputies arrived, no followers were found.
The driver admitted to consuming controlled substances before driving. Deputies also noticed his vehicle’s inspection sticker expired 11 years ago. He was arrested for DUI and expired inspection and is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,500 secured bond.
