Deputy K. W. Suter responded to a report of a person passed out in a parked vehicle. Upon approach, burnt tinfoil and other drug paraphernalia were visible. A small white rock consistent with controlled substances was also discovered. Clayton Coley, 24, of Nokesville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and held under secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
