Deputy A. M. Harrah arrested Sean Boston, 30, of Triangle, VA, for possession of a controlled substance. Boston was found with drug paraphernalia in plain view and suspected narcotics in his vehicle. He was held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
