A tip about an intoxicated driver led Deputy A.G. Hart to the Pancho Villa parking lot. There, a Mustang driver was found behind the wheel with open beer bottles in plain view. The driver was charged with DUI (BAC between .15 and .2) and drinking while driving. He remains in custody at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
